#001 Forward
Who would work hard towards a goal, reaching it, securing it, surpassing it, and wanting to move forward towards a new goal, even though this would certainly lead into uncharted territory, into starting over again, and without any perspective of financial gain?
Who would be so crazy? And who would be so crazy, twice?
To reach and eventually overtake our dreams and imagined rewards, to then feel like we don't want to keep on doing what we once dreamed of so strongly, but instead, hear a loud call to move beyond it. Although within the same craft, yet crave to explore new nuances and follow this unprecedented need to go even deeper into the expressive power of the craft.
Some may label it as stupidity, recklessness, or madness, rather I think it's part of our own evolution, of our desire to get to know more ourselves and to expand our sensibility.
In fact, following our feelings was what prompted us to work with discipline to achieve our previous goals, and work equally diligently to carry on living our dreams for numerous years. That same desire to find ourselves ignited our brain to accomplish what we thought impossible, so, naturally, we can not ignore this voice in our head, we can not shut it down. Doing so would mean neglecting our personal development as humans, overlooking our past, omitting our potential, and ultimately putting a hold on our evolution. We can not stop discovering ourselves.
By now we know well that by delving into our thoughts and sensibility we will exponentially elevate our creative spirit and artistic maturity.
I strongly believe that these two thing goes hand in hand. The more we cultivate our minds, the more seeds we plant, and the more fruits and growth we will experience. One of these seeds may become a tree, sparking a successful path, and it may grow for years or decades but it may also stop its expansion and transform itself. Unnoticed, a newly born seed from this tree may have fallen in the past few years, despite we didn't see it, it planted roots in our mind's garden and when spring comes about, it wasted no time to bloom, making itself visible, not only to our conscious but to everyone around us. When the load call inside can not be ignored, we realize that the new tree has been growing greatly in us for a while, and now has deeper roots and a sturdier trunk than previous ones.
All previous experiences are now rooted in us to lead us against new and exciting discoveries with newly found convictions and a greater sense of purpose. His lymph is our desire to further know ourselves in the deepest and purest sense. Unchallenged by frivolous problems and uninfluenced by materialistic rewards, now our explorations can spread wide and free.
